7. Limitation of Liability

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND SPECIAL DAMAGES.

We may terminate your access to the App for any reason, at any time, without notice. We may also remove or disable any content that you post on the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, J&K, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
